Hi, I’m Katalin Magyar-László, founder of Katherine’s Sugarflower Art. I love creating all sorts of flowers from simple sugar paste.
Why did I set up the sugar flower workshop?
I know how hard it is to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. To treat ourselves to something that helps make our days a little happier.
In this workshop, you’ll learn a technique that allows you to easily create an attractive flower from sugar paste. Throughout the process, you’ll find yourself getting closer and closer to your true self.
The flowers can also be made in an edible form, so you can use them to decorate your cakes.
My aim is to help people who would like to learn the art of making sugar flowers, so that they can bring even more joy with their unique cakes.
What can you expect from me at the workshop?
I provide clear, step-by-step tuition, covering everything from the basics to advanced techniques, and I also provide notes to go with the lessons.
You can learn the process of making lifelike sugar flowers, from shaping and colouring right through to assembly.
I use only high-quality, safe ingredients, and I provide all the necessary equipment.
